DOGZONE SECURE DOG PARK

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE –

All users must agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to use. These Terms and Conditions, permit the Client to use DogZone Secure Dog Park for exercising dogs under close personal supervision at all times. By using the facilities at DogZone Secure Dog Park (hereafter referred to as DogZone), you
automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.

USE OF DOGZONE SECURE DOG PARK –
1 Conditions means these booking conditions which will be the contract between DogZone and the client.
2 DogZone have discretion to permit or prohibit all types of activity on the land.
3 This booking is between the client and DogZone and may not be transferred or sub-let to any other person, without consent from DogZone.
4 Parking is only permitted in the designated car park, not in the field or on the roadside.
5 If your dog or any that it lives with, is showing any signs of ill health (diarrhoea, vomiting, kennel cough, general lethargy etc), or has in the previous 48 hours, you must cancel your booking.
6 If your dog is ill after a visit to the park you must inform DogZone 07925 330215.
7 Poo bags must be brought by/with the client. ALL dog excrement seen must be picked up and placed into a designated poo bin. NOT picking up dog excrement may result in the client being refused from any future use of the park.
8 You must not climb on any fencing, gates or equipment. If injuries are caused by doing so, DogZone is not liable.
9 The field is surrounded by 6ft deer fencing, that is rabbit proof at the base. There is a double gate entrance. If your dog jumps higher than 6ft or manages to dig his/her way out, DogZone is not liable. This is an exercise park, not a prison.
10 The car park IS NOT secure. Your dog should be on a lead until you have gone through the double gate entry system. 
11 Make sure no-one is in the field before you enter and release your dog – should someone still be in the field when your booking starts, please inform me immediately 07925 330215. DO NOT approach the other person to avoid causing stress with nervous/reactive dogs.
12 The client is using the field at their own risk and must be aware the ground is uneven in places. The client is advised to wear sensible footwear.
13 The client is responsible for any damage to DogZone. Please inform DogZone 07925 330215 of any concerns.
14 At no time should any dog be tethered to any structure in DogZone ie fencing/gates.
15 Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. Never leave dogs unattended in the field and no dogs to be left in vehicles while you walk other dogs in the field.
16 No children under 16 years to be left unattended in the field at any time.
17 No smoking/vaping in the field at any time.
18 Water/bowls are provided for clients use.

ENTRY/EXIT PROCEDURE –
1 Arrive promptly, confirm no one is in the field prior to entry. Leave promptly 5 mins before the end of your session and beware the next client maybe in the carpark awaiting your departure.
2 Please remove your car from the carpark immediately after your booking.
3 Make sure the first gate has been closed behind you before you open the second gate into the field.
4 If you arrive late for your booking, you must still leave on time. If you contact me and there is no one booked immediately after your slot, then I may give permission for you to have your allocated time.
5 The hire of the park is for YOUR USE ONLY unless you book for more than one person. If someone is in the field or arrives to use the field that should not be there, please contact me immediately on 07925 330215.
6 Make sure gates are shut at all times to the car park and to the field.

PAYMENT –
1 Payment to be made prior to using DogZone and is non re-fundable. DogZone reserves the right to refuse any application for hiring without explanation.
2 Cancellations and amendments must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking. No refunds will be given. If notice given, your booking will be rescheduled.
3 DogZone has the right to cancel any booking in the event the park is affected by emergency/act or God. DogZone will refund money paid under these circumstances.

HEALTH AND SAFETY –
1 The client has exclusive use of the field unless they make a group booking.
2 No smoking/vaping at any time.
3 Children under the age of 16 years, must be supervised at all times.
4 No human to go onto any equipment at any time.
5 Ill health – refer to point 6 & 7 Use of Park.
6 Dog excrement – refer to point 8 Use of Park.
7 Do not drop litter or leave toys or uneaten treats in the field. Other dogs may swallow them and become ill so please take everything home with you at the end of your session.

INDEMNITY AND INSURANCE –
1 You are responsible for you and your dog safety at all times while at DogZone.
2 For absolute clarity – Use of the field is entirely at your own risk. DogZone accepts no liability for the death of or any injury of any person or dog, or for damage to any property. DogZone also accepts no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses or other liability incurred whilst
onsite. Yours and your dogs’ behaviour and actions are your sole responsibility and no claim can be made against DogZone.
3 You are liable for any damage caused inside and outside of the field by you, your dog(s) or any person in your party. All dogs must be covered under their own third party insurance (public liability insurance). This is usually included in your pet insurance. Dogs Trust provides reasonably priced
third party cover here.
4 We are located in a rural setting amongst working farmland. Therefore, DogZone may not be suitable for all dogs due to the proximity of livestock (sheep), sounds of neighbouring farm dogs, gunshots and bird scarers. Please assess the suitability for your own dog prior to using DogZone.
